Our apartment is 850 meters high, surrounded by greenery and located at the foot of the Pizzo Badile from which you can enjoy a beautiful view. At the back of the house, there is a spacious garden with a barbecue area and a few steps away, by reservation only and with an ADDITIONAL COST, you can use the outdoor relaxation area with a wood-heated tub and Finnish sauna reserved for two and a half hours. It is a perfect place for couples but also for your furry friends.

The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.

In winter, the snow makes Val di Ledro an enchanted place. Nearby Monte Tremalzo is perfect for ski mountaineering or a simple snowshoe hike surrounded by nature. Not far from the property, in Val Concei, you can also go cross-country skiing.

Rustico Bertel is a original country house of the 17th Century in original stone with an incredible view of all the Garda Lake. It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola. Anyway the house has a lot of privacy.There is an outdoor hot tub.
