Inside 120 square meters with a large living room, pellet stove, 3 bedrooms, fiber internet. Exceptional natural setting in all seasons. 2 paddles available. 2 nights minimum and 1 week in summer.

In the city (5 minutes from Le Puy city center by car, 2 minutes from the shopping center) while being in the countryside. Large heated pool ( from mid or late May when weather permits and until September 25th)(and shared) and spa, boules and football field. Can't wait to meet!!!

Spacious, bright and warm apartment! Great for those looking for a peaceful place. It is located on the outskirts of the small town of Tence. This home is fully equipped. You'll find two beds. A 160x200 bed and a new sofa bed (sheets and towels at extra cost). A 50m² terrace with SPA (summer season) will allow you to enjoy the magnificent view overlooking the river Lignon.
