Come and recharge your batteries in our comfortable home, with family or friends: in absolute calm, with a magnificent view of unspoiled nature. The cottage is 95 m2, with a large living/kitchen/dining area on the ground floor overlooking a private and suspended terrace; a bathroom with large shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed 160 x 200 and another with two beds 90 x 200. A mezzanine with a sofa bed, a separate toilet. Not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Mise a dispo d'un appartement spacieux, très lumineux et chaleureux ! Idéal pour ceux qui recherche un lieu paisible. Il se situe en périphérie de la petite ville très dynamique de Tence. Ce logement est tout équipé. Vous trouverez deux couchages. Un lit en 160x200 et un canapé-lit neuf (draps et serviettes en supplément). Une terrasse de 50m² avec SPA vous permettra de profiter de la magnifique vue surplombant la rivière du Lignon. Je suis à votre disposition pour toutes infos.

Que pensez-vous de passer une nuit en pleine nature, en haut d’un arbre, dans un nid, tel un oiseau ? C’est ce que nous vous proposons avec ce lit douillet perché et son toit panoramique pour observer les étoiles et peut-être réaliser un rêve d’enfant ! On accède à ce nid par une échelle il faut donc être à l'aise pour ce genre d'exercice. Ce nid a une forme ronde d'un diamètre de 2 mètres et une hauteur de 1 mètre on peut s'asseoir et dormir très facilement à deux.

Come and discover the Ardèche plateau in Saint-Agrève: la dolce via, le lac de devesset, swimming spots, a golf course, many hiking trails. Secluded with a view of the forest and at the same time close to the village, the stud’allows you to access all amenities by being quiet. We live there so we respond present if needed, but the stud’ benefits from its own hidden terrace of the passage for more tranquility. Great! Looking forward to having you stay with us!

The kitchen is equipped with a mobile induction cooktop, microwave and fridge. Parking space, small exterior overlooking courtyard. Our home is located just above the apartment. There is also another apartment for rent in the building. Bars and restaurants nearby.
