The apartment enjoys a prime location in winter, 50m from the ski slopes and the Outalays treadmill, as in summer with many hiking departures directly from the residence. ESF and space piou piou 150m away in the Charmieux. The shopping street of Grand-Bornand Chinaillon is 1 km away. There are many activities throughout the year (hiking, skiing, summer tobogganing, golfing, cycling, archery, adventure park, via ferrata...). Lake Annecy is 30 minutes away.

The studio is attached to our home, an old renovated farmhouse, at an altitude of 1250 m. In the heart of the Aravis with an exceptional panorama, it is the starting point for splendid hikes. Ideally located between La Clusaz and Megève, it comfortably accommodates 2 people. La Giettaz is a typical Savoyard village that has kept its authenticity with its active farms and beautiful chalets. 3.5 km from access to the Megève ski area "the gates of Mont-Blanc"
