Composed of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility. We will welcome you with great pleasure in our old 22 m2 winepress renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have a fully equipped kitchen area, a foldaway bed in the living room, and a shower room. We are on a landscaped space of 2400m2 close to the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, open swimming pool in July and August in the center of town).
