This accommodation has a living room with a BZ for sleeping and kitchen on the ground floor, a private courtyard, a courtyard (bikes, linen...). Upstairs, you will find a bedroom (queen bed), the bathroom and toilet. Numerous walks on the banks of the Loire, flows..., various protests and visits are on the rendezvous.

If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

Our house is from the 1950s, it was designed from A to Z by my dad. We live on the first floor and the apartment is below. We've brought everything up to date. The apartment includes 1 large bedroom with bed 1 sofa bed and 1 single bed 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 x shower 1 wc You have access through the boiler room to the garden. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is quiet.
