Beautiful terrace, barbecue, swimming pool, we hardly need to go out...but there are so many sports, cultural and gastronomic activities out there... Beware of the many pools, swimming pool, sloping terrain, steep stairs, which put many obstacles for small children or people with disabilities.

This 35 m² suite has exceptional views of Lake Bourget. A private terrace overlooking the small port and Aix-les-Bains just for you! The bedroom is separated from the living room. The beach is close as well as many restaurants are nearby as well as water activities, boat rentals, bike path. The kitchen is equipped, Nespresso machine. Private parking space, laundry room. Wi-Fi. Babies and children under 12 years old are not allowed.

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

Beautiful single-story air-conditioned house near the lake

House built in 2010, modern style very pleasant to live in, surface area 190 m2, 4 rooms (1 parental bedroom with bed 160x200, 2 bedrooms with a bed 160x200 / room; on the first floor 1 additional bed 150x190 cm, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs). Loud music that could be an issue with the neighborhood is strictly forbidden as well as dancing on the heating floor, which is not a dancefloor.
