You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Our cottage

Naše chata je místem pro každého, kdo rád čerpá energii v přírodě - ať už v páru nebo v poklidné společnosti přátel a rodiny. Najdete ji v dubovo-borovicovém lese poblíž Borovan na jihu Čech v krásné přírodě nedaleko od Novohradských hor. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.

Poklidné místo na kraji malebné šumavské vesničky v 850m.n.m. je destinací, která vám přinese požitek z cestování, odpočinek a dechberoucí výhledy do krajiny. Naše útulná chaloupka je ideální pro rodiny s dětmi nebo pro party nadšených turistů, které hledají přírodu, dobrodružství a chtějí objevovat pohádkový svět šumavských hor. Od nás je to kousek do všech známých i méně známých šumavských lokalit a to pěšky nebo na kole. Není vhodné pro hlasité oslavy a rozlučky se svobodou.

Medieval tower built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle.
