Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

You are welcome to visit and use our garden with a barbecue corner. On request, a loving breakfast with, for example, fresh organic eggs, homemade jam or delicious regional fruit and also sausage will be served for a small surcharge of 9 euros per person.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Our holiday apartment is located in a rural area. It is a self-contained apartment in our house with a separate entrance. Apartment is fully equipped. As sleeping options, there is 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. 1 parking space is in front of the house. Storage space for bicycles is possible on request. The area is well suited for hiking and biking. We hosts are happy to help you.

Our small apartment is in a rural location. Walking in 45 minutes you are on the Kottmar and the Spreequelle. You can also explore the surroundings by bike. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly prepared and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a common hallway. The stairs are a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.

Ground-level apartment on 77 m² fully furnished. 2 bedrooms including 3 water beds and 1x normal bed, large living room with pullout couch (as an additional sleeping area), kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and seating. Underfloor heating (except bedroom), bathroom with tub and shower, washing machine, toilet separate. Covered terrace, outdoor seating, free parking spaces right in front of the house, Wi-Fi.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.

The house is off a road about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. In the neighborhood there are bungalows - some of them are occupied all year round. All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay.
