Small cozy apartment with every comfort in the village of MONTOT ⚠️ 70, which is an old Gallo-Roman village. There are many old buildings, the bridge over the living room dating from the 17th century, a castle from the 16th century, beautiful fountains and washhouses, as well as the church dating from the 17th century. Lovers of the countryside and beautiful country walks, welcome. Beautiful museums are 15 km away (Champlitte and gray). A lot of documentation is available to organize your outings.

A charming small detached house with a covered terrace, garden area but not fenced, pellet stove and electric radiators, air conditioning only upstairs, bike room. Ideal for recharging your batteries for families or groups of friends… one bedroom is closed and the other is a mezzanine which means it's not closed, it's on the landing Pets are also allowed.
