Ground floor apartment

43m² cottage on the ground floor of a characterful house, located in a mountain hamlet in the heart of Cantal, 5km from the Lioran resort, 8km from the medieval city of Murat and 20km from the Grand Site du Puy Mary. Ideal for hikers, the cottage is on the GR400 (Tour des Monts du Cantal) and on Via Arverna (Chemin de Compostela). There is another gite with independent entrance upstairs. The hamlet is on the side of the mountain, the cottage is semi-buried and has a glass door and 2 small windows.

In Murat itself, a pretty little town with character (2 min walk) Train station nearby. Favourably located near the Cantal mountains (Le plomb, Puy Mary, GR start) 10 minutes by car from the ski resort of Lioran, served by shuttles, buses, trains. For nature lovers.
