The recently renovated apartment is on the fourth floor of a beautiful building with a large courtyard and lift and has two well-furnished bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two balconies, both by awnings and mosquito nets, and one of which is enhanced by the sea view. The platform on the left is present 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE outside the residence, is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking lot is suitable for cars up to 4.7m in length
