Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

With the first rays of sun you will be awakened in the bedroom and can enjoy the sunset on the apartment's own terrace or from the living room. Due to the unobstructed location on the outskirts, you can relax wonderfully in nature and reach the town center with its gastronomy, train station, outdoor swimming pool and retail on foot. The spacious living and dining area is complemented by the cloakroom in the entrance area and an office corner. The kitchen offers everything you need, as well as a small coffee and tea bar, which will make your day easier. In the bathroom you will find a large shower with rainwater shower and a towel warmer!

Welcome to beautiful Waldaschaff, on the edge of the Spessart, with direct connection to the A3. 30 minutes each to Frankfurt and Würzburg, yet pure nature and tranquility for you and the whole family. Your vacation home is a fully equipped single-family home and offers you everything you need for daily use. The covered patio offers the opportunity to enjoy nature even in bad weather. The garden is spacious and a paradise for young and old.

In the studio you will find everything you need; a large comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge etc, a bathroom with bathtub and shower cubicle, a dining table and a small seating area. A great view from the window in the bedroom. A covered outdoor seat in the garden can also be used. 1.5 km away is Schöllkrippen with all shopping facilities.

It is a perfect starting point for hikes or if you want to explore the surrounding area by bike or the region by car. The sunny garden and terrace invite you to beautiful barbecue evenings or wonderful quiet days for two. A small realm to unwind.

Apartment in Hain, the gateway to the Spessart

The vacation rental is located in the attic of my house in the grove in the Spessart. The house itself is built on the slope, so the front door can be reached via 30 stairs. In the house itself, there are then 15 steps up. Number of Guests is limited to 3 here. If more guests want to come, please send a request. By arrangement, it is possible for more guests to come. A double air bed can still be placed.
