The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

This cozy, quiet house (rear half of a double) is located in the middle of the beautiful picturesque center of Laren. The house has a small romantic backyard with dining table and cozy seating. In the living room there is a lovely plush sofa, a smart TV and the fireplace and workplace. In the extensive kitchen with oven, dishwasher, gas stove, etc., there is a (extendable) table with 4 chairs. Upstairs, there is a bathroom next to the two bedrooms (1 with air conditioning).
