The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Comfortable cottage with lakeview located on the shore of the lake Saimaa in the middle of the pine forest on the whole peninsula. The cottage E135 is located separately from other cottages and has its own lakeside sauna with a hot tub (palju). This cottage is equipped with the private pier and a boat with an electric motor. Comfortable terrace with summer furniture, gas grill and BBQ zone are also available for guests in the villa. A sports ground and a playground are accessible for free.

There are air heat pumps in both floors, so it is comfortable to stay even it is heat outside. You can get to the berry and mushroom fields directly from the yard. There are different kinds of hobby tools for children: football and ice hockey goals, frisbee-golf basket and two sup-boards.

Completed in 2024, our family's fully equipped, leisure apartment of more than 100 square meters in Lemi on the shore of Kivijärvi offers a peaceful rest in the midst of nature. You can take a dip in clean lake water just 20 meters from the house. The beach is kid friendly and heads south. The yard is easy to access and has a good parking space.
