A 31 m2 studio apartment in a great location in central Lappeenranta. 13 minute walk / 1 km from the railway and bus station, 28 minute walk /2.3 km from the airport. City center within 5 minute. Parking place. The apartment is in good condition, the kitchen is newly renovated. A double bed (140cm) with sheets is provided, as well as two additional matresses for sleeping on the floor. Washing machine, pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, shampoo, coffee/tea are included. WiFi is complimentory.

Kiva pikku asunto hirsitalon yläkerrassa

Olet lämpimästi tervetullut majoittumaan tunnelmallisen hirsitalon yläkertaan. Talossa on neljä asuntoa joista sinulla on käytössäsi yksi kokonaan itselläsi. Olit sitten työ- tai lomareissulla meille on helppo tulla. Auton saa ilmaiseksi pihaan ja bussi kulkee ihan vierestä. Kesällä voit juoda aamukahvisi etupihan terassilla ja lapsille löytyy takapihalta trampoliini. Asunto ei ole suuren suuri, mutta nukkumapaikka löytyy tarvittaessa lisämaksusta jopa 4 hengelle. Kysy koirista erikseen:)

This freshly renovated with all new furniture (120×200 bed, sofa also converts to a 140x200 bed, table and chairs, all dishes needed to make any meal, new refrigerator and microwave and TV) and all other amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. Excellent location in the idyllic park -like area just off the center traffic noise. Beach track and services nearby. The newly completed air-conditioned apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts. Experience the wonderful peace of the stone house and the atmospheric environment.
