Stenhuset offers coziness in quiet surroundings with direct access to the adventure trail at Haraldsted Lake. Here you have ample opportunity to enjoy nature, silence and not least some amazing hikes on the 25 km long adventure trail. The decor of the house is a good mix of new and old. With a fire in the fireplace, a good book, board game or an exciting movie, the coziness is at its best. The house is best suited for 2 people. It's the ideal place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The area invites long hikes, where the silence is only broken by the many sounds of the forest.

This delightful place offers a history setting all on its own. Enjoy the sunrise with breath taking panoramic views overlooking part of “Skjoldungernes Land" National Park, (Land of the legends) Come close to nature just 30 min from Copenhagen, in the middle of the Viking saga. Peaceful retreat with access to private toilet and outdoor shower, bbq, fireplace, heated pool. Great opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling or paddle-boarding in nearby lakes and fjords.

Beautiful guest house

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while we renovated our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it has a beautiful view of grasslands with wild animals and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly bathing area with shade and a bathing pier. Parnasvej and the railway line can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.
