Cottage with wood-burning stove and fire pit

Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

This unique property has a panoramic view of Køge Bay with a view of Copenhagen and Sweden. There is its own large beach plot and nice bathing jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered, but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room/living room two bedrooms, closet hallway and large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both upstairs and downstairs, and free parking can be done both upstairs and downstairs in relation to the property.

Enjoy our little annex in our backyard! Small private guest house of just under 40 square meters with its own entrance, parking and terrace. The small house is equipped with the most basic things - and you can borrow a baby bed and high chair, small gas grill and buy laundry etc. Please note that the bed (140x200 cm) is inside an alcove, so you have to get into the bed from the foot end... My charming wooden cottage, located 100 meters from the edge of the forest, invites you to the simple primitive life surrounded by peace and beautiful nature. Sleep well in the cabin's loft overlooking the field, and enjoy your morning coffee among the birdsong and maybe you'll see a deer. Breakfast and drinks can be purchased. Please ask. This delightful place offers a history setting all on its own. Enjoy the sunrise with breath taking panoramic views overlooking part of “Skjoldungernes Land" National Park, (Land of the legends) Come close to nature just 30 min from Copenhagen, in the middle of the Viking saga. Peaceful retreat with access to private toilet and outdoor shower, bbq, fireplace, heated pool. Great opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling or paddle-boarding in nearby lakes and fjords.

Beautiful guest house

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while we renovated our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it has a beautiful view of grasslands with wild animals and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly bathing area with shade and a bathing pier. Parnasvej and the railway line can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.
