My apartment is located in the upper old town of the Renaissance city of Neuburg on the Danube and thus in the best residential area of the city. The Upper Old Town is like a beautiful Renaissance village on a hill above the Lower Old Town. The apartment is located in the completely renovated Bortenmacherhaus (17th century) with original beams, wooden floor with underfloor heating, a great bathroom with shower, tub and glass ceiling, a gallery, a small balcony and historic vending machines.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Feel at home in our lovingly renovated apartment. We have placed a lot of emphasis on ecological construction and you can feel that. Private access and ample parking are provided. Apart from our three children, it is very quiet. Our former farm is located outside the village of Sandizell on the edge of the Donaumooses. The adjacent extensive aurochs pasture, our bees, goats and chickens provide a farm feeling.
