Welcome to our old but comfortable renovated mansion, in the quiet of a one-hectare wooded park, 20 minutes from Rennes and 30 minutes from the Emerald Coast. Tourist stay or professional stopover in the countryside, it allows us to accommodate up to 7 people. Over more than 120 m², three bedrooms (including one dual-aspect), living room, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, bathroom, separate toilet, private entrance and park view. P.S. Our small 60 m2 cottage is conveniently located 30 minutes from Saint Malo, 55 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, 25 minutes from Rennes and Dinan. Its location allows you to visit the region while enjoying the calm and nature around the cottage. Departures for many hikes are accessible directly from the cottage on foot or by bike. The Ille-et-Rance Canal and the site of the eleven locks are a 5-minute walk away. Come and recharge your batteries in a green setting.

Our outbuilding is an old bread oven that we refurbished. Mezzanine room under rampage accessible by staircase, miller ladder type (quite steep). Upstairs, a 140*190 bed or on the ground floor, a 140*190 sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen (hobs, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...) Linens and linen are provided. Independent entrance. Parking available in front. Property located 20 minutes from Rennes and 40 minutes from St Malo, at the start of a walking path

A break in Rennes countryside near a farm

Bienvenue à la campagne entre Rennes et la cité du Livre de Bécherel. Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans cette maison mitoyenne de la nôtre. La location de 75m2 que nous vous proposons est située dans une longère juste à côté d'1 ferme laitière, où mon mari est agriculteur, avec les animaux présents. Nous avons pensé à votre confort avec l'aménagement de la maison: 1 literie de qualité et les lits faits à l'arrivée pour passer une bonne nuit de repos!
