Jolie cottage (Label 3 étoiles) au coeur de Saint Malo ; situé dans un quartier de Paramé, proche commerces, à 20 mn à pied de la gare, et la plage . Très bien équipé, cette demeure de 48 m2, composée d'une grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine toute équipée, très lumineuse, grâce à une grande baie vitrée donnant sur un jolie jardin clos rien que pour vous, une grande chambre et d'une salle de bain avec douche, ainsi que des toilettes séparées. 2 accès:1 coté rue par un escalier et1 coté jardin.
