Perfectly placed in the historic heart of Dinan, this beautifully renovated city centre apartment is situated at the top of the famous medieval street, 'The Jerzual'. Dinan's restaurants, shops and historic buildings are just a few steps away. This second floor apartment has one (double) bedroom and a fold-down bed/setee. The stylish kitchen has all new appliances and the apartment is equipped with security doors and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Newly furnished studio, bright living room, open kitchen, comfortable bed, TV, bathroom with toilet, closet, terrace and private parking, key box. Come and stay in our charming studio located 200 m from the beach, at the foot of the shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, bar, restaurants). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area (boat cabin style), located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has a great view of the Île des Ebihens. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

In addition , the sea view from the garden, kitchen and bedrooms will allow you to see if the sea is high for swimming or if it is removed to go fishing on foot .
