The apartment is on the 6th floor (with a lift) and very close to the beach. It has stunning sea views facing west allowing you to enjoy spectacular sunsets. It is situated in a quiet area with with a pub and restaurants at the end of the road. Close by there is also a grocer and a patisserie that make fresh croissants and can give you coffee. Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

You'll love my place because of the calm and rural environment. My place is perfect for a couple plus a child or two and solo travelers. Fully equipped. Located between Lamballe and St. Brieuc, just 19 km from Val André and 14 km from the medieval city of Moncontour, among the most beautiful villages. The village is liven up by a bakery, grocery store, bar restaurant, nurse's office and two hairdressers. A hypermarket is a 5-minute drive.
