The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a bedroom with double bed and pull-out couch (150cm), a bedroom with single bed, extra living room with kitchenette, TV, 2 x shower/WC and balcony. Zell am See Kaprun Summer Card is included in the price! Our house is located right next to the Zeller-CityXpress (Schmittenhöhe) in a quiet location. At the same time, however, it is only a 3-minute walk to the center of Zell am See. Our apartments are located to the south and offer a beautiful view.

"Lil´s Dahoam" - feel-good apartment in Zell am See

"My kingdom of heaven"- that's how I lovingly call my apartment. As you can see, I chose the furniture and materials with a lot of love. Not only the apartment, but also the location is a dream - a few minutes walk from the center and the cable cars and yet in absolute peace and quiet, raised above the roofs of Zell am See with spectacular lake and mountain views. A real gem! In the house there is a small wellness oasis, in front of the door there is a beautiful hiking trail... Quick inquiry :-)

"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Our clean studio apartment is located nearby(10 min walk) ski lifts and the zell am see lake. Walking distance (15 mins) to zell am see town with restaurant next door. Ideal for 2-4 people as there is one double bed and one couch which converts to a double bed. Bathroom with shower/bath. Fully fitted kitchen. Balcony. Any other questions please don’t hesitate to ask :) Please note there is no wifi* there is a tv which only works if you hotspot your phone internet to the tv. No pets allowed
