Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Studio Honey Bee with Sauna

Enjoy a stay in fully equipped studio in a peaceful part of the centre of the town Kobarid. Apartment is suitable for up to 4 people. There are restaurants (close to Hiša Franko), bars, shops, sports agencies with equipment hiring, museum, just few steps away. Ideal location to reach Kanin ski resort. We also offer TAXI service. We can prepare breakfast in the apartment. The price is 15€/person/night. Please inform us, if you want it, when you make the reservation.

You can experience all that and more in the embrace of the Julian Alps, on the banks of the river Sava, at a small, ecological campsite – ECO River Camp.

A dream right on the lake with every comfort. Great location adjacent to the nature reserve. Inviting all year round with indoor stainless steel pool, private sauna, lakeside location - 10m from the lake shore, Gerlitzen ski area 4km away. High quality full equipment on 145m2. 2 large bedrooms, living / dining area on 75m2 with 5m room height. Bathing jetty and lawn with 6000m2 for general use. Just arrive, relax and enjoy in the newly renovated apartment.

New bungalow at privat beach (6-8 pers.)

Bed linen and kitchen towels and towels are provided. (Not to be used outdoors or for thermal baths). You must bring your own beach towels. Minimum bookable from 4 nights. Washing machine is not available in bungalows but there is a washing machine on request to be used for a fee. Due to several vandalisms, we are forced to ask for a deposit of € 250 on arrival.

Vila Labod is perfectly positioned near the centre from Most na Soci on a 5000 m2 plot with stunning views on the lake and the mountains. The villa has three large apartments from 115, 130 and 56 m2, private parking and a beautiful garden. All apartments have airconditioning and new kitchens. Apartment Soca on the 2th floor has 115 m2, 2 bedrooms, sleep till 6.
