Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located at 460 m above sea level, 4 km from the village of Sankt Paul in the Lavant Valley, surrounded by forest and meadows in the beautiful Granitztal Valley. The house is located at the end of a road so there is no traffic noise. A living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet are available. In front of the entrance is a terrace with table and armchairs, as well as a 100 m² fenced meadow (ideal for dogs).

About the clouds

The property is located at about 1,250 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access path. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. To the valley and to the nearest supermarket it is about 12 minutes, there is a bakery near the lifts. A natural paradise away from the hustle and bustle An oasis for peace seekers and nature-loving active vacationers on an island in southern Carinthia, surrounded by the Drava and the Linsendorfer See. The private lake access and your own bathing bay are in the immediate vicinity. The path is located at an apple orchard and flower meadows, the lake is in about 200 meters walking distance. The modern wooden bungalows are located directly on the Drau cycle path, a highlight for cycling enthusiasts.

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

Seit letztem Jahr haben wir die Türen unseres besonderen Refugiums auch für Gäste geöffnet. Das Appartement ist mit separatem Eingang und sehr großzügig 😀.
