The house is situated on the lot to make pulling your boat through or parking it a breeze. This older, yet comfortable home, comes with all you need for a relaxing stay. Wifi is available throughout the house. You will have a fully-functional kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 different lounging areas, washer/dryer/ironing board and iron.
