Wonderful rustic duplex, set in the core of Avegno, offers peace and silence. Inside there is a small dining room with fireplace and pine cone and a new kitchen; going up the stairs you access the two bedrooms, a double bedroom from a thousand and one nights and a convertible from single bed to double bed and a comfortable bathroom von bathtub. Outside there are plenty of spaces to read or eat, a gorgeous terrace with chaise longue, a patio with table and chairs, and a small garden with armchairs.

Two bedroom cabin, large living room and garden immersed in the greenery of nature. Reachable about 20 minutes on foot from Albogasio superior (650 meters on foot, difference in height (from parking) 200 meters approx.). Free parking at the foot of the climb. The house is close to Switzerland and Porlezza and is not far from the lake and some refreshing rivers (you have to get off the climb to reach them). From the cabin some interesting excursions start. It is perfect as a base to explore many other Lake sites, hike, boat, sunbathe, relax, and enjoy local cuisine.

A newly-built detached house with custom-made furnishings. It's located in a quiet area at the foot of the Val Codera and a stone's throw from the lake. It has a private garden where small pets are welcome. A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.
