Dalla finestra si può invece ammirare il Pizzo di Prata che si erge maestoso sul lato opposto della vallata. Inclusa nel soggiorno, una deliziosa colazione fatta in casa con i nostri prodotti bio, per iniziare la giornata con gusto e autenticità.

Newly renovated tiny house located in the historical centre of the charming and authentic Sala Comacina offered by COMO LAC. The studio can accommodate 4 guests (1 bedroom and 1 sleeping couch). It is equipped with a coffee corner and fridge. Have lunch at Tirlindana (3min walk), grab a coffee at Max's Bar (1min walk), soak up the sun at Sala Beach (1min walk) and take the boatferry (4min walk) to visit. Public parking available at Sala (3-5min walk). MXP Airport (+/- 1h by car).

IL NIDO – the world from a porthole

Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and for a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood-burning stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 7 TO FEBRUARY 10. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

"IL ROCCOLO"

Il Roccolo is a very special building. Its appearance in the Lombard territory dates back to 1800. The aim was to have a structure suitable for logging. It was built at the point of passage of migratory bird flows almost always on a hill. Those staying in the "Roccolo" is a lover of nature, peace and animals: roe deer, deer, fox, faina and badger as well as various species of birds and nocturnal birds. Il Roccolo is a relaxing and fantastic holiday.

monolocale di 20 mq con affaccio diretto alla piscina e giardino, composto da un letto matrimoniale ( oppure 2 letti singoli), un bagno, angolo cottura e patio esterno. l'appartamento fa parte dell'Agriturismo Fulet in cui sono presenti altri 4 appartamenti posti al primo piano dell'edificio.( vedi foto). Parcheggio privato ed uso wifi gratuito.

Our charming house is located in Valcolla, nestled in the middle of the forest, just a few steps from the river. Waking up in the morning is accompanied by the sounds of nature, the gentle murmur of the river, and the singing of birds. It is the ideal place to find peace and tranquility.

Little sweet house on Como lake

The Little sweet house is settled in a perfect spot, wich allowed you to admire mountains, little towns, and of course the beautiful lake. Only 15 minutes from Varenna by car, and less that 5 minutes from Bellano by car (2 of the lake's ferry's station).
