San Francisco is a 25 minute train ride and when there is no traffic a quick 30 minute drive to downtown SF (with traffic add another 15-20 minutes). CAL or St. Mary's College bound? We are about 15-20 minutes away.

The kitchenette has a common wall with our home, but the cinder block construction results in a quiet and private experience.
