The beach is close as well as many restaurants are nearby as well as water activities, boat rentals, bike path. The kitchen is equipped, Nespresso machine. Private parking space, laundry room. Wi-Fi. Babies and children under 12 years old are not allowed.

Family home with private lake access

Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.
