The house, equipped and renovated in a contemporary style, is set in a large 2,500 m enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, except on the lake side. The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.

Pool access, small gym. Lake 5 minutes' walk away. Breakfast available on request for an additional fee (€18 for 2 people). Table d'hôtes (full menu €30 per person) on request. Beautiful view of Lake Paladru in Isère, 10 minutes from Voiron and 1/2 hour from Grenoble.

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.
