IMPORTANT: Logement type duplex avec salle de bains et wc au rez-de-chaussée, les draps et serviettes de bains sont fournis mais il n’y pas de matériel pédiatrique, les enfants doivent avoir 3 ans minimum. Hors saison 2 nuits minimum. Le ménage est à faire avant de partir.Produis et matériel fournis. Vous serez situé en Savoie au sein du Parc Naturel de Chartreuse. Il y a un terrain de pétanque. Du 1/07au 30/08 les réservations se feront à la semaine du samedi au samedi ou du dimanche.

We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.
