My name is Papiriana, in the ancient medieval village of Fosdinovo in Upper Tuscany on the Ligurian border, a stone's throw from the famous "Castello Malaspina". I have 2 bedrooms ( 1 double bed and 2 singles) , 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room with sofa bed and a large pellet stove. From my terrace you will admire the beautiful valley of Magra and the sea. They are halfway ( 14 km) from the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana and the Apuan Alps (Cecina field 1300 mt). Animal friends are welcome !

The house is made of stone and has been completely renovated. All furniture and accessories are new. The house is on three levels with internal stairs: 1 (entrance, living room with sofa bed, cinema to watch TV, bathroom, small terrace) - 2: (bedroom, bathroom); 3: (kitchen, terrace with gazebo, swimming pool); 4: private garden. The house has air conditioning in every room. Casa Green. You can access it on foot via the village lane from the 3 free car parks, which are about 1 or 2 minutes' walk away.
