A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

The Blue House

"The Blue House" is the ideal place to be between Golfo dei Poeti and 5 Terre. Liguria is a fascinating region, reach in history, with a beautiful coastline, natural parks, excellent gastronomy and wine. The "blue House" is located in the pedestrian centre of La Spezia, only 15 minutes by foot from the central train station, and 5 from the ferry terminal to Portovenere, 5 Terre and Plamaria island. With only 2 minutes by foot you can also reach the bus to Lerici, Sarzana, Portovenere.
