t2 apartment on the ground floor in quiet house, 5 minutes from the center of LA MOTTE and shops , parking 1 space in front of the house with electric gate; accessibility to the apartment without steps, Forget your worries in this spacious and serene accommodation, complete equipment,possibility to provide bed linen. In the living room, there is a sofa I can't say "bed" because the bedding is not ok. On the other hand we can sleep on the comfortable pillows

My place is perfect for couples, business travelers. Located in a rural setting 1.5 km from the city center, 6 km from Chambéry as well as Le Bourget-du-Lac where you can find a beautiful lake. 4 minutes from Servolex Castle. The apartment is adjacent to the house but independent. Refurbished.
