Ideal for 2 people, Near Nantes, between city and sea: - Machines of the Island/Nantes (15 and 20 min) - Bernerie/Pornic beaches (25 to 30 min) - Planète Sauvage (10 min) - Maison du Lac (1 min) - Airport (10 min) A pull-out bed for sleeping on the ground floor and a 160 bed in the mezzanine. On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. We're in a country setting. At your disposal for any questions

Independent, quiet and comfortable accommodation, with an infrared sauna. The Loire by bike and the Vélodyssée pass by. Garden view facing south. A quiet, green and nice neighborhood! Located 15 minutes from Nantes airport, 25 minutes from the sea. This large 26 m2 bedroom (on the ground floor) includes an infrared sauna, double bed, sofa bed, equipped kitchen, small bathroom and 2 m2 toilet. NO TV! Sheets and towels are provided. Free parking 50 m from the accommodation.

Enjoy a quiet, functional and central place to stay. For rent for a minimum of 3 nights, this home is ideal for business trips. Quiet accommodation, you have a view of the garden. 5 minutes from Naval Group, 15 minutes from Airbus and the airport, La Montagne is also 30 minutes from the beach and 10 km from Nantes. Here, no TV, but view of an indoor greenhouse you can access (shared space) Refurbished studio of 20 m² equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee machine (Senseo), kettle as well as basic dishes to be able to have breakfast and reheat meals. Independent access, secure area for bikes.
