Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

Mon appartement se trouve au pied du tram ligne 2 (arrêt Fabron), à 15 minutes de l’aéroport et 10 minutes du centre (avenue Jean Médecin). Des vélos publics se trouvent juste devant la résidence. Au pied du logement: supermarché, boulangerie, plage à 80 mètres. La cuisine comporte tous les équipements nécessaires. La grande terrasse permet de profiter toute l’année du soleil! Il existe enfin des places de stationnement gratuites à environ 500 mètres de l’appartement. Le chat a déménagé 😁.

Jolie vue sur cour arborée, lumineux, ensoleillé, très calme. CLIMATISATION. Wc à l’EXTERIEUR juste à côté. Cuisine et douche dans la même pièce. Véritable lit une personne , excellent confort. Un appartement propre à tout petit prix, emplacement idéal, prestations simples pour des gens faciles à vivre. Princes et princesses : passez votre chemin.

Situé entre Magnan et le prestigieux quartier,de Fabron, l'appartement se trouve à sept minutes à pied du bord de mer, du tramway qui vous ramène au centre-ville et de la Promenade des Anglais. Perché sur les hauteurs, il offre une vue incroyable.

Exceptional waterfront apartment (2022) in Nice

This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

Blue Fairy - sea view with master suite

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it.
