Charming spacious and quiet apartment, on the first floor of our farmhouse. You will have a separate entrance, by an external staircase. Sheltered in your cocoon, you can enjoy the view of a wooded park on one side, and old stones on the other. Located in a forest-lined countryside, access to the road network is very easy (5 min from the highway, 17 min from Rennes, 40 min from Mont Saint Michel, 30 min from Fougères, 45 min from the forest of Brocéliande).

My Preference Pool Sauna

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.

Welcome to our quaint countryside barnhouse! Completely restored and refurbished in 2022, the barn is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in beautiful Brittany. The barn is well positioned for exploring this wonderful area, too. The old pirate town of Saint-Malo, impressive Mont St Michel and the beautiful city of Rennes are on our doorstep. The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.

Leon's House

We offer for rent, in the village of Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, this charming longère renovated in 2024. With an area of 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It includes a 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilets, as well as an outdoor area of approximately 100 m². Wifi, sheets and towels provided: drop your bags! Bicycles are available for your rides and also an inflatable stand-up paddle for the beach or the Boulet pond.
