Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, between lake and mountain, it offers a peaceful and refreshing setting. Ideally located on the Thônes-Faverges axis, it is close to ski resorts (La Clusaz, Grand Bornand, Manigod) and Lake Annecy. Whether you're sporty or"lazy", you've come to the right place! I offer you my beautiful chalet up on the mountain ;-) A true haven of peace, this cocoon benefits from all modern comforts and a large SOUTH-facing terrace offering a magnificent unobstructed view of the Aravis mountain range. It is ideally located 5 minutes by car (or bus) from the ski slopes of the family resort "La Croix-Fry", 15 minutes from all shops (La Clusaz, Thônes) and 40 minutes from Annecy or Megève.

The Lavouet Cottage

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.
