Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

1 Room and kitchen in a guest house in the countryside

Our cozy guesthouse is located on our farm in Kvidinge. Kvidinge is located between Klippan and Åstorp in Skåne, about 30 km north of Helsingborg. There are trains between Helsingborg and Kvidinge. 7-minute walk to the train station from the guest house. In the guest house, there is a kitchen, toilet, shower and two beds with sheets and towels. In the nearby area, there is a grocery store and a restaurant. A bit further away, there is art, culture, shopping and nature experiences. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Welcome to this little cottage located on Söderåsen. The cottage is in an older charming style. There is a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed for two. There is a shower and toilet. There is a large garden with a barbecue and patio. There is a forest adjacent with walking paths and hiking trails. About 3.5 km to food store, pizzeria, train station and outdoor swimming pool. There are various different excursion destinations nearby, such as Tomarps Kungsgård and Sånnagården.

Sit back and relax in this newly-built cozy accommodation, beautifully located by a pond where tranquility reigns. Here you have, among other things, walking distance to the swimming area on Sandön, Vegeholm Castle and the famous golf course "Crownwood Club" which will sneakily open in the summer of 2025. The bus stop is 200 meters from the property, where you can easily get to the coast. White Lotus is an excellent starting point for many excursions, whether you want to have an active vacation or just relax.

Discover our charming cottage, perfectly located only 15 meters from a beautiful lake where you can swim and fish. This small, renovated and well-equipped cottage is surrounded by lush meadows and forests, ideal for lovely walks or jogs. Here you live in harmony with nature, with an outhouse and an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Two bicycles are available if you wish to explore the surroundings. Stay in a historical school

Experience a unique countryside accommodation in a 100-year-old school. The accommodation is a separate part of the house with its own entrance and consists of a bedroom, bathroom and hall. 1 minute from the E4 to Stockholm, possibility to lock bicycles and free parking for motorhome/van. These rooms are the first rooms I renovated in the house, which was quite dilapidated when I moved in and by staying here you help me so I can restore more parts of the house.
