The Titania spa (for bathing, wellness, sauna, etc.) in the region can also be reached in 10 minutes by car.

The modern cozy apartment is located in the new building and is not visible from the street. The large floor-level wellness shower, washer-dryer, potty, high chair and travel crib make traveling with children easier. From the covered terrace you have a good view of the playground. There is a parking space near the entrance door.
