On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, etc.), large living room, dining room with TV. A shower room accessible to people with reduced mobility. One bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people (160 cm x 2 m). Upstairs, 3 double bedrooms, including 2 connecting rooms. For children a nice outdoor play area, with slide and trampoline.

It is on the ground floor of a former cooperage workshop near the Colmar Canal and its bike paths. Located in the center of Alsace not far from the German border, an ideal base for exploring the region. Ideal for 2 couples or 1 couple with children, it is composed of a studio and a bedroom.
