The property is located a little off the beaten path at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Bikers and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. There are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas all over the property. Free parking at the house.

All shops and lots of good pubs and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. You won't be able to cook great menus here, but you won't miss anything else. Relax between the Fichtel Mountains and Franconian Switzerland, experience culture in nearby Bayreuth, feel good in our new and biologically renovated apartment!!! Our granny apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house and has a separate entrance. The fully equipped kitchen is available to the renter completely alone.
