In the middle of the vibrant Leipzig-Plagwitz, a historic workshop was converted into an airy loft by the end of 2021. This shines with spaciousness, very high ceilings and industrial charm. Nevertheless, the quality of the finish is at the level of a luxury new building. In addition to the large bathroom with shower AND bathtub, there is a guest toilet for guests, under the wooden parquet there is underfloor heating and the design kitchen offers everything you need. Another highlight is the large terrace!

In our apartment, you can enjoy your vacation in the immediate vicinity of Saxony's most vibrant metropolis. With Lake Kulkwitz, the oldest and cleanest lake in the Leipzig Neuseenland is also right outside the door. It's only 7 minutes away by bike. Bikes are available for free rental. Thanks to the train station within walking distance (3 min.), you are at Leipzig Central Station within 15 minutes. The apartment has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Everything is fully equipped.

Work&Travel Leipzig

Das Apartment ist vollständig eingerichtet für 2 Personen. Es liegt direkt im Zentrum von Markranstädt am Stadtpark. Hier finden sich viele Geschäfte, sowie eine Tankstelle, Platz zum Ausruhen und ein sehr guter Badesee. Vom Haus aus erreicht man 2 Autobahnen in 5 Minuten (A9 und A38), sowie eine weitere innerhalb von 10 Minuten (A14). Sie sind so sehr zentral in der Region Mitteldeutschland gelegen. Leipzig Zentrum erreicht man ohne Auto auch mit der S-Bahn innerhalb von 20 Minuten.

For activities of all kinds, you have all the possibilities on foot, by bus and train or by car. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the house, overlooking the countryside. In the spirit of corona, we are doing everything we can to comply with Airbnb safety standards.

Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.

Parkmöglichkeit kostenfrei vor dem Haus .Garten und Terrasse kann mitbenutzt werden . Grillen ist nicht erwünscht . Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in 10 min in der City und zügig ohne umsteigen auf der Buchmesse oder Flughafen Leipzig /Halle .
