My apartment is located in the upper old town of the Renaissance city of Neuburg on the Danube and thus in the best residential area of the city. The Upper Old Town is like a beautiful Renaissance village on a hill above the Lower Old Town. The apartment is located in the completely renovated Bortenmacherhaus (17th century) with original beams, wooden floor with underfloor heating, a great bathroom with shower, tub and glass ceiling, a gallery, a small balcony and historic vending machines.

The charming accommodation is quiet and close to nature in the immediate vicinity of the Lech – ideal for jogging, walking or switching off. At the same time, you can reach the city centre in just about 10 minutes. The accommodation is fully equipped with a kitchen incl. Coffee machine and tea, towels, shower utensils, Wi-Fi and a desk for working. Restaurants such as the Floßländle are within walking distance. Free parking is available directly in front of the house on the street.

The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor with access to a large terrace and garden. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a workplace, a living area with a cozy couch (sleeping function), a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the adjacent large orchard there is a party hut with a campfire ring.

Es besteht aus einem großen Zimmer (ca. 30 qm) mit voll ausgestatteter moderner Küche und Schlafbereich. Zur Erholung nutzen Sie den großen Garten. Mit Bus und Bahn (Fahrten von 7 - 22 Uhr) erreichen Sie München Hbf in ca. 60 Minuten. Der Bus fährt wochentags stündlich, an Wochenend- und Feiertagen nur alle zwei Stunden nach Hilgertshausen.

The house is near Eching, so you can reach the S-Bahn (direction city centre/airport) in 5 minutes by car, the city centre/airport in 20 minutes and the exhibition centre in approx. 30 minutes.
