In the enchanting Warfendorf Pilsum, about five minutes from the Pilsum lighthouse, is the apartment Kornboden in the Pilsumer farm. The building dates back to 1551 and is considered one of the oldest buildings in Pilsum. Directly in Pilsum there is a restaurant and café, approx. 2 minutes' walk. A small village shop is also located about 2 minutes' walk. Here you can buy rolls and other items. The harbor town of Greetsiel is just under 5 minutes away.

A private (fenced) garden area, adjacent to that of the neighboring apartment, with a spacious terrace and sun loungers completes the offer.

Welcome to Tidehuus Krummhörn. Our house is a detached house and stands on a 1600 square meter plot. It was lovingly renovated in 2020. Last makeover of the living room 10/24. It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. It is about 2 km to the dike edge, 1 km to the baker (Rysum), 11 km to other shopping (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike tours in East Frisia.

The apartment is a top floor apartment (99m² floor space), which was integrated as a new building in 2017 into the Gulfhof. There is a large living room with an open fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a spacious shower room and a storage room integrated into the apartment. The living room is extended by a loggia embedded in the roof. Various common rooms, a games room and a kicker room complete the picture
