The holiday home "Up Besöök"was rebuilt in 2020 in the quaint town center of the Warfendorf Upleward. The house is equipped with a smart home system, which makes the vacation even more pleasant and interesting.The " Magnolie" apartment is on the ground floor ofthe house and offers very high qualityfurnishings. The living and dining area offers space to cook and eat together or relax on the comfortable sofa with a good book or a nice movie on the OLED SmartTV.When the weather is nice, you can enjoy yourself on the sunny terrace, which can be accessed directly from the living room. Furthermore, the highlight ofthe apartment is in the garden , a private Swedish sauna. So you can warm up in your private wellness oasisafter a winter walk in the cold season. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200)and one with two single beds (90x200). Both bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV, wardrobeand extra large duvets (155x220). Paradise with children & animals

You'll love the place because of the surroundings, which are balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room offers everyone space for cozy interaction. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations and furry friends (pets).

Our cozy apartment is nestled between meadows and fields. Pure nature! Whether action or tranquility - the stay is varied and has a lot to offer. The cities of Papenburg (17 km) and Leer (20 km) can be reached quickly. The North Sea coast and the Dollart, as well as the Netherlands, are not too far away either. The apartment is lovingly furnished with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is located on the second floor in the adjoining house. Exclusive use.

Old bakery Rysum - near the North Sea! Building monument!

Monumental bakery in the centre of Rysum: living in an exceptional atmosphere. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, a shower room. Light-flooded living room with TV in gable. Wi-Fi, but shaky! Two small terraces. Bicycle shed. The way to the small "secret" beach by car: Drive from Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, to the end of the road (BEACH LOAD), park your car and walk north by the water...

Not far from the fishing village of Greetsiel is the Warfendorf Manslagt. In the approx. 225-year-old traditional house Manslagter Bauernstuben, you will find the lovingly renovated Ap. on the second floor. On 32 square meters, they have a fully equipped kitchen-living room with dining area and TV. A bathroom and a bedroom with TV. In the yard, there is just a terrace with barbecue for our guests. A shed is available for bicycles.

Welcome to Tidehuus Krummhörn. Our house is a detached house and stands on a 1600 square meter plot. It was lovingly renovated in 2020. Last makeover of the living room 10/24. It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. It is about 2 km to the dike edge, 1 km to the baker (Rysum), 11 km to other shopping (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike tours in East Frisia.

Small but nice - 1 room apartment by the sea

Our small but fine and lovingly renovated apartment is ready for its first guests. It is equipped with 2 single beds (which can easily be pushed together if necessary), a small kitchenette and a separate shower room. Fiber optic Wi-Fi and Smart TV are also available. It is practical yet very cozy. During the renovation, we gave a second life to many historical unique items, which exudes a lot of charm.
