Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Das gemütliche Apartment bietet alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Genießen Sie den Blick in den Obstgarten, während Sie in der sonnigen Südseite des Hauses entspannen. Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway by Birger&Silke. Best of all: this view! Enjoy the view of the Wolgast city silhouette and the Peenestrom from the huge terrace. In 10 minutes you can walk to the idyllic beach of the Peenestrom, by car in 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach of the island of Usedom, in 30 minutes to Greifswald. But of course, there is also a lot to discover in Wolgast. On foot or with our city bikes, which you can use for free.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Vacation home Joline

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, fireplace, smart/pay TV, sauna (for a fee), iPad, echo dot and soon PS5.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis with its own terrace. The 1-room apartment with a converted attic is located in a vacation home with seven residential units and about 6,000 square meters of land. The apartment has a living/dining area with an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and an attic, in which there is a double bed. The living space is about 35 square meters.

Little Blue Cottage

Erleben Sie einen ruhigen und friedlichen Urlaub auf Usedom im Seebad Karlshagen Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 1,3 km vom feinsten Sandstrand und ca. 1,2 km vom Jacht- und Fischerhafen entfernt am Waldrand in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist eine alte Feuerwache, die von den Vermietern in Eigenarbeit liebevoll renoviert wurde.
