The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Wohnung mit Fernblick, nach Süden und Westen, ruhig gelegen, weg vom Trubel, trotzdem in 5 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum und am Strand! Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür! Cars can park for free in some parking spaces in the old town, all within walking distance - see photo. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.
