Get cozy and settle into this rustic space. We have lovingly and ecologically renovated our construction trailer, trying to preserve the old. There is a large bed (2.50 m x 2.00 m), a wood-burning stove that makes it cozy and warm, a gas stove, an outdoor shower that is turned off in frost and a compost toilet. You are in the middle of our small farm in a single location with an organic shop. Train station - Sandhagen (Rostock-Wismar) in 700 m as the crow flies. Beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Otherwise, by bus and train.

Steffenshagen is located in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea and the oldest German Baltic Sea resort Heiligendamm. Only 6 kilometers separate the village of Steffenshagen from the coast in the north. During a pleasant hike in the fresh Baltic Sea air, you can quickly reach the forest-rich mountain range "Kühlung" in the west. So in an apartment in Steffenshagen you live right in the center of a region that has as much to offer as hardly any other area on the Baltic Sea coast.

Sie hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, kostenlose eigene Sauna, große Wohnküche mit Kamin und eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf den See. Vom Steg aus kann man angeln, schwimmen oder Vögel beobachten. Es gibt kostenlos Kanu, Paddelboot, SUP, Abenteuer-Spieplatz mit Baumschaukel, Feuerstelle, Tischtennis-Platte, Badminton, Strandkorb und Sonnenliegen.

Exkursionen jeglicher Art. Das Schloss; das Theater; der Dom; Restaurants; Cafés, ÖPNV etc. sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Mit ihren 2,5 lichtdurchfluteten Räumen bietet die Wohnung genügend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.
