Get cozy and settle into this rustic space. We have lovingly and ecologically renovated our construction trailer, trying to preserve the old. There is a large bed (2.50 m x 2.00 m), a wood-burning stove that makes it cozy and warm, a gas stove, an outdoor shower that is turned off in frost and a compost toilet. You are in the middle of our small farm in a single location with an organic shop. Train station - Sandhagen (Rostock-Wismar) in 700 m as the crow flies. Beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Otherwise, by bus and train.

Steffenshagen is located in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea and the oldest German Baltic Sea resort Heiligendamm. Only 6 kilometers separate the village of Steffenshagen from the coast in the north. During a pleasant hike in the fresh Baltic Sea air, you can quickly reach the forest-rich mountain range "Kühlung" in the west. So in an apartment in Steffenshagen you live right in the center of a region that has as much to offer as hardly any other area on the Baltic Sea coast.

We rent a lovingly renovated, dreamlike apartment with a large terrace. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house that was built around 1900 in the spa style. The charming house is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is only 100 meters to the beach, which leads through a small coastal protection grove, so that you can already hear the sea rushing while having breakfast on the terrace.

Die Wohnung befindet sich 30 m vom See im 200 Jahre alten Pferdestall des Gutshauses. Sie wurde 2018 mit viel Lehm und Liebe ausgebaut. Sie hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, kostenlose eigene Sauna, große Wohnküche mit Kamin und eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf den See. Vom Steg aus kann man angeln, schwimmen oder Vögel beobachten. Es gibt kostenlos Kanu, Paddelboot, SUP, Abenteuer-Spieplatz mit Baumschaukel, Feuerstelle, Tischtennis-Platte, Badminton, Strandkorb und Sonnenliegen.
