Unsere moderne große & helle Wohnung in Kühlungsborn bietet reichlich Platz für 4 - 6 Personen. 1 Wohnzimmer mit einer großen Terrasse, 1 Küche die reichlich Platz bietet zum Kochen mit Freunden, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 großes Bad mit Dusche & Badewanne, 1 Gäste / WC. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Fernseher. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet vom Kaffeeautomaten bis zur Spülmaschine. Das kleine Highlight für schlechtes Wetter ist eine PlayStation 5 die genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig.

Ankommen, durchatmen, wohlfühlen – mit Darßer Tür. Unser ruhiges Ferienhaus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf nahe Kühlungsborn. Während der Strandkorbsaison steht ein eigener Strandkorb am Strand von Kühlungsborn zur Verfügung. Hochwertig eingerichtet, mit knisterndem Grundofen, Sauna und Raum für gemeinsame Zeit. Das 2023 neu erbaute Haus ist modern und hell. Ein lichtdurchfluteter Erker schafft ein offenes Raumgefühl. Drei Schlafzimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche, modernes Bad. Parkplatz am Haus.

Altes Eishaus am See, Sauna, Fireplace, Canoe, SUP, Boat

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Our multigenerational farm in Wichmannsdorf was built by us in 2012. The 115 parish of Wichmannsdorf is located about 4 km from the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Chickens, ducks, geese, a cat and a dog live on our farm. My husband and I live in the main house with our 2 children. The grandparents live in the side houses. Hof Rabenstein offers a fantastic view of the fields and our small lake. In the stone circle you can barbecue by arrangement.

The separate entrance is via an external staircase. Amenities include: living room/bedroom, shower room, kitchenette, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, large outdoor terrace and parking right by the house. The price includes electricity, water, heating as well as bed linens and towels.

The rustic Backhus is part of the Old Museum Yard and can accommodate up to 6 people on two floors. In the adjoining garden you can barbecue, play and enjoy the view as you wish. 2 bicycles are provided free of charge. On request and subject to availability, we will gladly provide you with additional bicycles with which you can explore the surroundings. The sightseeing towns of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn are just a stone's throw away.

Separately, the former hen house is available for 2 people. A sauna house, covered outdoor terraces and the garden offer everything for a relaxing family vacation. In the village is our small equestrian facility with guest boxes, hall and illuminated riding arena.
